Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 01
Arrival Kochi → Munnar (130 km, ~4 hrs)
Pickup from Kochi Airport/Station. Drive to Munnar via waterfalls. Check in; evening at leisure. Overnight in Munnar.
Day 02
Full Day Munnar Sightseeing
Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Top Station, TATA Tea Museum. Overnight in Munnar.
Day 03
Munnar → Thekkady (90 km, ~3 hrs)
Transfer after breakfast; Periyar Lake boat safari; spice plantation walk and Kathakali performance. Overnight in Thekkady.
Day 04
Thekkady → Alleppey Houseboat (150 km, ~4 hrs)
Board houseboat at noon; backwater cruise with all meals on board. Overnight on houseboat.
Day 05
Alleppey → Varkala (115 km, ~3 hrs)
Check out houseboat at 9:00 AM. Drive to Varkala cliff beach resort. Afternoon at beach; sunset walk along the cliff promenade. Overnight in Varkala.
Day 06
Varkala → Kanyakumari (130 km, ~3.5 hrs)
Drive to Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of India. Visit Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue and Kumari Amman Temple. Spectacular sunset at land's end. Check in to hotel. Overnight in Kanyakumari.
Day 07
Kanyakumari → Rameswaram (310 km, ~5.5 hrs)
Early start and drive to Rameswaram — one of the sacred Char Dham pilgrimage sites. Visit the magnificent Ramanathaswamy Temple and Dhanushkodi, the ghost town at the island's tip. Overnight in Rameswaram.
Day 08
Rameswaram → Trivandrum (560 km, ~9 hrs)
Long scenic drive back through Tamil Nadu to Trivandrum. Check in to hotel on arrival. Overnight in Trivandrum.
Day 09
Trivandrum Departure
Breakfast; check-out and transfer to Trivandrum Airport or Railway Station. Tour ends.
